What is the return policy?
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
Are any purchases final sale?
Please note the following items are non-returnable and final sale:
Bedding or homeware that has been used, washed, or removed from original packaging (for hygiene reasons).
Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
All other products may be returned within 14 days under our standard return policy
When will I get my order?
We aim to process and pack your order within 1–3 business days. Once it’s shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and local carrier times. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow it all the way to your door.
How much does shipping cost?
